I was so disappointed to see that my girl crush, Scarlett Johanssen, cut into her IT factor. It shocked me to see her dowdy, brown hair on the red carpet for He's Just Not That Into You (cute movie!). Don't get me wrong...I'm all for doing what makes you happy, but too often people attack the thing that adds to their overall swagger. This is a no-no! Never dim your own light! There's nothing wrong with lighting up a room and demanding all eyes on you. It actually makes everyone else get on their "A" game. Let's make them have to keep up in '09. Let you're light shine and accentuate all your "shut 'em down" characteristics.
